  • a mining company in matters regarding the alleged breach of environmental laws in relation to the storing of sand;
  • a global technology firm in connection with agreements relating to complex IT system delivery, implementation, development and maintenance for various customers;
  • a world-leading security solutions group with the handling of legal issues relating to agreements for technical security systems for the transport of valuables and money; and
  • various Internet service providers and companies offering on-line services with agreements relating to technical platforms and the drafting of general conditions of use.
