company, in a case before the Swedish
Market Court in which the court prohibited a
competitor from marketing itself as the largest Swedish Internet search site;
a group of leading newspapers (DN,
Expressen and StockholmCity) in a case before
the Swedish Market Court,
in which the court dismissed a competing newspaper's (Metro) claim that our
clients abused their dominant position on the market;
the Swedish Tenants' Association in
a case before the Svea Court of Appeal in which the court rejected a landlord’s
claim that the traditional Swedish model for determining rent levels for
residential properties was in conflict with the Swedish Competition Act;
a leading travel company in a case
against a Swedish municipality for providing unlawful state aid;
a group of companies in a case
before the Swedish Market Court against the Swedish Competition Authority and
LFV (Swedish Airports and Air Navigations Services) regarding the fee structure
for accessing Stockholm Arlanda Airport;
the Swedish Booksellers’ Federation
in a case before the Swedish Market Court, which ruled that pre-printed prices
on paperback books should be prohibited based on the Swedish Competition Act;
and
an editor of a newspaper in a case

advertisements for gaming and betting.
