cases, assisted:
a world-leading consulting firm with the
implementation of a program for adjusted employment terms, transfer of business
units and general labour issues;
a Nordic asset management group with
various employment issues in connection with the restructuring of its Swedish
operations and the formation of an Societas Europaea company for its Nordic
operations - one of the few SE companies that has been formed in Sweden;
a leading international security company
in connection with an outsourcing arrangement regarding the handling of cash
for a Swedish commercial bank;
several smaller and mid-sized companies
that were not subject to collective bargaining agreements in connection with
union negotiations relating to restructuring and down-sizing;
a Swedish subsidiary of a European
industrial group in litigation before the Swedish Labour Court regarding the

union negotiations regarding a new national collective bargaining agreement for
