Our dispute resolution practice focuses on assisting clients that, for various reasons, have become involved in litigation or other commer- cial disputes. Our services include everything from advising on strategy, positioning, and risk analysis in the initial stages to negotiations and the handling of any court or arbitration proceedings.

We have developed a model for handling commercial disputes that aims to maximise the possibility of success at each stage of the process. Since the firm’s formation, we have served as counsel to clients in approximately 100 cases that have reached final judgment in the courts or a final award from arbitration tribunals. In the vast majority of those cases, our clients have been entirely or principally successful. We have represented clients in close to 20 cases before the Swedish Supreme Court, which is probably more than any other comparably sized law firm. We are one of few Swedish law firms that have success- fully represented clients before both the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.
